Double-walled glass cups did maintain temperature but felt much more fragile. De'Longhi makes incredible espresso machines, so it's no surprise that they also make the best espresso cups. In fact, these are the ones that I use at home, because I can check that the color of my espresso is perfect whilst the double-walled insulation keeps them warm.
